I’m Chris.

I streamline operational processes, accelerate leadership cadences, build investor-ready communications and deliver mission-critical initiatives for busy CEOs who need to scale their growth engine and delegate crucial workstreams with confidence.

I’m currently Fractional COO for The Power of Play, partnering with the CEO to implement an AI-enabled Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) that improves decision making speed from weeks to hours.

I spent my early career in management consulting, strategy and technology at Bain & Co., The Natural Step, Gartner, and the Corporate Executive Board where I led over 200 executive workshops that retained over $10M of revenue.

MBA + Peace Corps

I believe mission driven organizations can benefit from private sector expertise so I completed a MBA + Peace Corps program and delivered $3M of revenue impact for one recent nonprofit client using private sector best practices.

Operator expertise

I’m an operator at heart so focused my recent career on Go To Market, growth, and revenue marketing, leading double growth for Ghirardelli and WANdisco as VP of Marketing where I led a market analysis and repositioning for a $30M investment round and corporate turnaround.

Outside work I pursue mountaineering and endurance sports because the mountains teach me something every climb.
